Returns Policy
Mentone Educational will only accept returns for a one week period following purchase if the goods are upopened, fit for resale and not damaged or altered in any way. This is assessed on a case by case basis. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning the item/s to discuss the process involved.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or for non-stock / special order items (this includes spare parts). For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return if you have changed your mind.
Returns will also be accepted when covered by a manufacturer guarantee for manufacturing faults or defects only, this doesn't cover general wear and tear.

Shipping Policy
We deliver products using Australia Post and other carriers in order to reduce costs to you the consutmer. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total
before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at week subject to the stock being available in our Australian warehouse
