1. 10% Off Promotion valid from 12.00am 13/11/2023 until 12.00am 22/12/2023 only, no extensions or exceptions can be made
2. Discount is valid on all online prepaid orders placed through the Mentone Educational website or orders placed directly with customer service during the sale period only. Prepayment must be made during the sale period to secure discounted pricing, any orders placed without payment may be rejected
3. Discount is deducted from the product price only and does not including shipping and handling charges or surcharges, these fees are additional and are charged accordingly
4. Mentone Educational reserves the right to alter or change pricing without prior notice
5. Discounted price is displayed automatically online for each product and will be automatically deducted from the total when completing a website order via checkout
6. Discount is valid on all Nasco stocked and non-stocked items however availability may vary
7. Non-stocked or backordered items will carry an extended lead time for delivery, in most cases the lead time is approx. ~12-14 weeks but delivery time can vary and will be confirmed by customer service asap. By proceeding and placing an order the customer accepts this risk
8. All prices are dispalyed in AUD
9. Accepted payment methods are credit card (surcharge applies) or direct deposit
10. In the event that stock is not available in our warehouse or from the US manufacturer, we will cancel the order and issue a refund
11. Returns will be accepted when covered by a manufacturer guarantee for manufacturing faults or defects only, this doesn't cover general wear and tear.
