Students can practice introducer needle insertion and catheterization, as well as puncture site care, central venous pressure measurement, and administration of fluids.
Skin may be removed to reveal dissected musculature and the location of veins, arteries, and other landmarks. Skin and veins may be punctured by dozens of students, and are replaceable to extend the life of the simulator.
