Orders placed online can only be delivered to addresses within Australia. Please contact us directly for New Zealand enquiries.

Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

Your order is considered delivered and becomes your responsibility from the moment it arrives at your nominated address.

While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from shipping delays.

Any disputes regarding proof of delivery must be sent to us in writing at
Sales@mentone-educational.com.auwithin 7 business days of the stated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us in writing of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within seven (7) business days of receiving your order.

All returns require prior written approval from Mentone Educational / Device Technologies Pty Ltd. Approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee based on the item's original invoice value.
Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified without our prior written consent.
